Quelle est leur dur\u00e9e ? Quel volume arrive \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance au cours des 12 prochains mois ? A quel taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat ont-elles \u00e9t\u00e9 conclues ?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonds immobiliers indiquent chaque hypoth\u00e8que d\u00e9tenue, y compris la dur\u00e9e et le taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. Chez Alphaprop, nous collectons d\u00e9sormais toutes les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 ces hypoth\u00e8ques et les pr\u00e9parons de mani\u00e8re claire. Cette base de donn\u00e9es permet d\u2019avoir un aper\u00e7u rapide du financement du march\u00e9 immobilier indirect et de la situation initiale des diff\u00e9rents produits. Les rapports peuvent \u00eatre export\u00e9s au format PDF ou Excel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rapports PDF appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par une partie consacr\u00e9e aux indices environnementaux. Ainsi, les indicateurs ESG des produits et des portefeuilles peuvent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre compar\u00e9s dans les rapports.
