Elle propose notamment un nouveau module autour des indices environnementaux. En outre, les rapports PDF comparant deux produits, un produit avec un benchmark et un portefeuille avec un benchmark ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9s, et le rendement des placements a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 en une part de rendement net et une part de rendement du capital.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Module chiffres-cl\u00e9s ESG<\/h2>\n\n<p>L\u2019AMAS, par le biais d\u2019un comit\u00e9 d\u2019experts, a donn\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res directives en d\u00e9finissant les indices environnementaux et, \u00e0 partir de fin 2023, les chiffres cl\u00e9s devront \u00eatre publi\u00e9s par tous les fonds. La CAFP recommande \u00e0 ses membres d\u2019adopter les chiffres-cl\u00e9s de l\u2019AMAS. Cela cr\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois des possibilit\u00e9s de comparaison, m\u00eame si celles-ci ne sont pas parfaites.  <sup><a href=\"#footnotes1\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<p>Quel est le mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u2019un produit ? En quoi l\u2019intensit\u00e9 des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre diff\u00e8re-t-elle par rapport au benchmark (par ex. SWIIT et CAFP) ? Parmi les produits s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, lequel a la meilleure \u00e9valuation GRESB ?  <br\/>Le nouveau module permet de comparer tous les chiffres cl\u00e9s ESG selon AMAS\/CAFP. Tous les benchmarks habituels sont inclus pour permettre une comparaison. <\/p>\n\n<p>Chiffres cl\u00e9s couverts:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taux de couverture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix \u00e9n\u00e9rgetique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intensit\u00e9 \u00e9n\u00e9rgetique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intensit\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre en comparaison<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9valuation GRESB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Comme toutes les donn\u00e9es d\u2019Alphaprop, les donn\u00e9es sur la durabilit\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre export\u00e9es au format Excel.<br\/>Actuellement, les donn\u00e9es permettent d\u2019effectuer des comparaisons et de faire le point sur la situation. Il est d\u00e9sormais possible de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question directement dans Alphaprop.<br\/>La part du rendement net et du rendement du capital dans le rendement des placements est calcul\u00e9e et repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e graphiquement \u00e0 l\u2019aide du rendement des placements et des valeurs du compte de r\u00e9sultat.
