We collect all published sustainability data according to AMAS/KGAST/ASIP from real estate funds, investment foundations and listed real estate companies. We use this data to calculate common benchmarks such as KGAST and SWIIT so that you can compare your portfolio with them. Because we collect all publicly available ESG data from the indirect real estate investment universe, we can also compile our own peer group.
All available data is smartly processed by us and made available in an interactive data portal, as raw data via API or as Excel.
