This year, Alphaprop took part in EXPO REAL, the largest real estate trade fair in Europe, for the third time. October 6 – 8 were all about smart energy data collection. Alphaprop was located in the Transform & Beyond Area, where innovation and new solutions met the current challenges of the real estate industry.
Energy data collection for sustainability reporting
Our smart “co2lect” application enables all energy consumption data to be collected and managed in one place. Integrated quality checks check the plausibility of the data and ensure its completeness. Sustainability reports can be created automatically on this basis. The Alphaprop booth in the Transform & Beyond area was the meeting point for anyone looking for an efficient way to record energy data.
Alphaprop supports owners in collecting energy data and calculating KPIs in accordance with AMAS
- Collection of energy data (e.g. automated reading of invoice data using AI)
- Calculation of environmentally relevant KPIs according to AMAS/KGAST
- Preparing the data for participation in the REIDA-ESG benchmark (filling the REIDA template)
- Calculating the CO2 reduction path on the basis of a refurbishment plan
- Preparation of the data in an interactive analysis dashboard
Alphaprop as part of the guided tour “Management & Reporting”
In addition to the numerous spontaneous and pre-organized discussions at our booth, visitors to the trade fair were also able to gain an initial impression of our range of services via the guided tours. These tours organized by EXPO REAL were a great success. The “Management & Reporting” tours, of which Alphaprop was a part, were well attended. Many participants also returned at a later date to find out more about the services on offer.
At the Tech Talk Stage, Massimo Mannino gave a short presentation to an interested audience on how innovative solutions and automated data flows can automate sustainability reporting.
