REIDA, the Real Estate Investment Data Association, is a non-profit organization with the aim of continuously improving the market data situation and market knowledge. REIDA offers a nationwide real estate data set based on property statements and contracts for several thousand investment properties.
The datasets are based on the delivery of various data suppliers in different data structures. Alphaprop structures and manages the datasets as a pooling agent for REIDA.
